They were again shocked to see Ray flying like a bird in the sky

"Yeah sure , not that difficult."Saying that Ray deployed a reverse gravitational force and they were now flying.
After letting them enjoy their dream come true , Ray removed the reversed gravity zone.
"We should be leaving now."Ray then formed a wooden boat for them to ride and gave two big oars
to the group to move the boat as Ray wanted a good sleep , as he had been busy a lot these days and he also had to give report about the incident to Yajima who will present a report to rest of the members of the council.

So while the boat was moving Ray was explaining why Jellal had changed.
"I think when you guys had revolted against the slave traders , Jellal had probably met someone related with some dark guild big shot who might have hypnotized him and showed a wrong path to Jellal."After Ray put forward his explanation rest of the people in the ship also agreed with this as the Jella's change was too eye catching
"Let past be past so what are Simon and the rest of you going to do?"Erza was worried about them
"We will join a guild like you nee-san and make a lot of friends like yours."Millianna was excited specially at the mention of making friends
"I will also join an awesome guild."Wally and others were also on planning on joining
"I will roam around the world as I have wasted too much time on that tower."Simon
"So you guys wanna join fairy tail."Erza looked foward to her old friends on joining the guild
"No nee-san we will join different guild and will become super strong like Ray oni-chan."Millianna was having flames in her eyes at the mention of Ray
"We will also."Rest of them were effected by Millianna
"Okay , but we will forever be friends but you must stay with me for some days."Erza smiled as she was happy that her old friends had moved on from the shadow of the past like her

They reached offshore and Ray left for the council's headquarter while the rest were moving towards the guild for now.
Ray reached the council and moved towards the room of Yajima.
He reached the room and entered and saw the three old man were chatting fiercely with each other.
"You came back Ray?"Yajima was happy to see Ray came back as he was the star planner behind this mission which saved the council's image from degrading , so he was grateful for this.
"Yeah kid you too much time I had had to drink a lot of tea with these two shorties."Org was trying to be funny but seeing the reaction of the three he didn't know whether to laugh or cry
Michello ignored Org and directly asked Ray "Tell the whole incident that toke place there."

After discussing among them , the three of them noticed that Ray was still blankly sitting beside them.
"You can leave for your guild and rest , we can handle the rest of the matter."Yajima sent back Ray

"I am thinking of retiring as my old bones can't take any more stress."Yajima sighed

"Yeah I should also retire."Org
"Yeah we are not young anymore and should leave the council to young people."Yajima sifhed with the three old man

"So its been decided that Jura will be a new member of the magic council."The rest of the members gave their nod
"So now we come to an even more important issue i.e the increase in the activities of the dark guilds , what do the rest of you think?"Org had been worried by the Jellal and Ultear betrayal as resurrection of Zeref can also be done by others and dark guilds will try to take advantage of this
"I think that we should do a joint attack with some big guilds on our side like fairy tail on one of three big dark guilds , so that they would control there actions. And also we need to take care of these small guilds who are work under them , so I have propose to send a team of rune knights to take care of these guils."Yajima forwarded his plan
"I agree with Yajima on this."Org and Michello gave their vote to the plan
"Ray has also agreed so that will be 4 now , so one more and the plan will be deployed."Yajima looked towards other members
"I also agree."Leiji and Belno also voted for the plan
